INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, AND FAMILY THERAPY IN TORRANCE
Welcome!
With over 15 years of experience in the field of counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and teens. My areas of experience include perinatal counseling, parenting support, and a wide range of mental health issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am also experienced in helping individuals navigate the challenges of narcissistic abuse and divorce.

My journey as a therapist began during my own personal experience with therapy as a teenager, following my parent's divorce. Witnessing the profound impact that therapy had on my life, I knew from that moment on that I wanted to be a therapist and offer the same support to others. It is my genuine passion to help people and be the support they need during difficult times.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and a Master of Science in Counseling from CSULB. Born and raised in the Southbay, I have been serving and supporting the local community since 2008.

In my practice, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. As a mother of two sons, I understand the unique challenges faced by parents and families, and I bring a nurturing and empathetic approach to my work.I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each individual's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches and client-centered techniques. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore your goals, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth and healing.

If you are seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your child, I am here to support you on your journey. Take the first step towards positive change and reach out to schedule a confidential consultation. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and discover your own resilience and inner strength.
